I want to cancel my account, but how?

Every customer can manage all their products via the JSWeb client area. You must be logged in to submit a cancelation request. If you need a password reset please go to https://my.jsweb.uk/pwreset.php

 
Hosting services & SSL certificates - To cancel, please login to your client area at https://my.jsweb.uk/ select Services => My Services from the sub-navigation, you'll find a list of your services. Click into any active service and on the left menu of the product page you'll see an option "Request cancelation".
 
Licenses - To cancel a license, please login to your client area at https://my.jsweb.uk/ select Services => My Licenses from the sub-navigation, you'll find a list of your license. Click into any active license and on the left menu of the product page you'll see an option "Request cancelation".
 
Domain names - To cancel a domain, please login to your client area at https://my.jsweb.uk/ select Domains => My Domains from the sub-navigation, you'll find a list of your domain names. Click into any active domain name and disable the "Auto Renewal" option. If auto-renewal is disabled, the domain name will be left to expire and any upcoming renewal invoices for that domain name will be cancelled. You can check your upcoming invoices on the Billing => My Invoices page of your client area.
